Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for calculating a molecular weight of a bio-macromolecular material on the basis of an AI algorithm. It is difficult for monomolecular chains to be formed from some biopolymer materials which have been dissolved in water solutions. In the present invention, an ionic liquid is selected as a dissolution system, a macromolecular material which has been dissolved can effectively form a monomolecular chain, and then, rheological data obtained after bio-macromolecules are dissolved in the ionic liquid is measured by using a rheological method. In the present invention, a Rouse model is selected as a polymer solution model; and by means of measuring a large amount of data, training the model by using an AI algorithm, and performing nonlinear fitting, a key parameter value is obtained, and therefore a molecular weight value of the measured material is obtained by means of calculation. The calculation method is characterized by being accurate and fast, and can be properly extended to the field of computer research of polymer materials.
