Abstract:
Provided is a turbine design method capable of easily constructing a turbine stage structure that reduces unsteady forces acting on the rotor blade and can prevent decreases in performance and increases in rotor axis length. For example, unsteady forces and excitation forces due to potential interactions that act on the rotor blade are each determined for multiple stator blade-rotor blade distances by viscometric analysis (21) and non-viscometric analysis (22). From differences in the viscometric analysis results and non-viscometric analysis results, excitation forces due to wake interactions that act on the rotor blade are determined. The respective excitation forces due to potential interactions and due to wake interactions are expressed mathematically (23) as functions of the stator blade-rotor blade distance. Based on the mathematically expressed excitation forces due to potential interactions and wake interactions, the unsteady force acting on the rotor blade when the stator blade-rotor blade distance is a chosen value is calculated (24). The stator blade-rotor blade distance is determined (30) based on the calculation results.
