A method for channel measurement using a port-wise channel and interference measurement resource and reporting in a wireless communication system according to one embodiment of the present invention is performed by a terminal and may comprise the steps of: receiving a configuration related to a port-wise channel and interference measurement resource, wherein the port-wise channel and interference measurement resource corresponds to a port-specific independent interference assumption and comprises a terminal-group-specific channel and interference measurement resource; and measuring port-specific channel and interference in the port-wise channel and interference measurement resource, and reporting a measurement result.
