Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for channel measurement in a multi-antenna system, for use in network-side equipment and comprising: dividing system bandwidth into multiple frequency groups and sending the frequency group information to a terminal; after receiving channel characteristics measurement results for all the antenna ports within the range of one or a plurality of frequency groups, as reported by a terminal, performing corresponding beam-forming for each frequency group. Also disclosed is a method applying to terminals for channel measurement in a multi-antenna system, comprising: receiving frequency group information sent by network-side equipment; during one measurement cycle, measuring the channel characteristics of all the antenna ports within the range of one or a plurality of frequency groups; reporting the measurement results to the network-side equipment, said measurement results comprising corresponding frequency group information. Also provided are a computer and a storage medium.
