Abstract:
In a control/monitor signal transmission system in which device equipment is connected to a plurality of slave stations that are connected to a master station and that exchange data with the master station, the master station exchanging data with a control unit, the slave stations output a test signal to a connection terminal of the device equipment, and transmit connection information obtained by a determination based on the presence or absence of a state change corresponding to the test signal of a test means with which the slave stations are provided. The control unit is provided with expected value information comprising the content of the connection information that is expected to be obtained in a normal state of the device equipment, and compares/checks the connection information with the expected value information.
