Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a method for constructing a senescent cell and a method for evaluating the anti-senescence efficacy. The method for constructing the senescent cell comprises: performing seeding culture and subculturing culture on primary cells and performing ultraviolet light irradiation during the seeding culture and subculturing culture to obtain UVA-P1 to UVA-Pn generation cells, and according to the COL I content, MMP-1 content, and cell counting results of various generations of cells, dividing various generations of cells into early senescent cells, mid-senescent cells and late senescent cells, which can be used to evaluate the anti-senescence efficacy of skin. By means of correlating the constructed senescent cells of different stages with the senescent stage of skin in different age populations, a corresponding relationship between the generation of the senescent cells and the age of the population is established, such that the constructed senescent cells at different stages can be used as in vitro replacement cells for clinical senescence for corresponding anti-senescence evaluation.
