Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of welding helmets for welders, and in particular to a method for controlling the color number of a light valve of an auto darkening filter, comprising the following steps: controlling the current color number of the light valve to be a first color number, continuously detecting a welding arc light signal until the welding arc light signal is detected, and executing the next step; controlling the first color number of the light valve to change to a target color number, maintaining the target color number for a welding work until the welding arc light signal is interrupted, and executing the next step; controlling the light valve to transition to the first color number from the target color number within a T2 period of time, at least one intermediate color number being passed during the transition process. In a traditional auto darkening filter, after the welding arc light signal disappears, a control circuit immediately switches the light valve from the target color number to a bright state color number; at this time, the light valve instantaneously switches from the target color number to the bright state color number, a user will feel dazzled and eyesight is damaged; a delay time can be obtained by means of visual conversion of the present invention, so that the comfort of an operator is effectively improved.
