Abstract:
Disclosed are a method for controlling a multi-window screen and an electronic device for supporting same. The electronic device may comprise a display, at least one processor, and a memory. The at least one processor may: while displaying a divided screen comprising a plurality of windows on a display, identify at least one window in which multimedia content is executed; display a menu item comprising a first object for lock setting, in response to receiving a first user input on one side of the screen; and when a second user input with respect to the first object is received, lock at least one window and display same. Various other embodiments identified through the present document are also possible.
