Abstract:
Disclosed are a method for controlling a water dispenser, and a water dispenser. The method for controlling the water dispenser comprises: S1: obtaining, during a refrigeration process, a first detected water temperature in a cold tank (10); S2: comparing the first detected water temperature with a first preset temperature, and if the first detected water temperature is less than or equal to the first preset temperature, executing step S3; and S3: starting a circulating water pump (20). According to the method, during the refrigeration process of the cold tank (10), namely an operation process of a heat exchanger, when the first detected water temperature obtained by real-time monitoring is less than or equal to the first preset temperature, the circulating water pump (20) is started, thereby enabling water in the cold tank (10) to circularly flow by means of the circulating water pump (20), facilitating the heat transfer of the water in different areas of the cold tank (10), accelerating the overall cooling speed of the water in the cold tank (10), and improving the refrigeration efficiency of same.
