Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a method for data transmission and an apparatus for data transmission. The method comprises: an access management network element obtains information of the connection state of a terminal device in a first network; and the access management network element processes a data transmission process of the terminal device in a second network according to the information of the connection state of the terminal device in the first network. When a terminal device needs to perform data transmission via two networks at the same time, the method in the embodiments of the present application can avoid the problem of overuse of resources by the terminal device in one of the networks.
