Title:
METHOD FOR DETECTING ALDOSTERONE AND RENIN
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/194152
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a sensor with which primary aldosteronism can be detected rapidly, simply, and with a higher degree of accuracy. The present invention provides a method for detecting aldosterone or renin in a sample, rapidly and with high sensitivity, using a multiphase polymer fine particle having, at least on a surface thereof, two or more types of polymer phases formed by accumulating each of two or more types of polymer, wherein aldosterone or renin forms a covalent bond with a first polymer phase, and a second polymer phase includes a labeling substance.
