Title:
METHOD FOR DETECTING HEIGHT INCLINATION OF HEAD IN INKJET PRINTING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/117717
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
When a head of a printing head has an inclination in a height direction, an interval between the head and a continuous paper gradually increases from one side to the other side in a width direction Y. Therefore, if a conveyance speed is made faster, line segments DL1 and DL2 to be detected are printed with a larger inclination as the interval between the head and the continuous paper is larger. Accordingly, when the inclinations of the line segments DL1 and DL2 in the width direction are larger than the inclinations of the line segments DL1 and DL2 printed at a slower conveyance speed, it is indicated that the head has an inclination in the height direction. As a result, it is possible to detect whether the head has an inclination in the height direction only by printing a test chart with different conveyance speeds.
