Abstract:
A method for detecting and sorting an antigen-specific T-cell receptor. According to the method, a liquid droplet only containing a TCR-expressing cell is prepared by means of using a microfluidic technique, thereby achieving high-throughput detection and sorting of different TCRs. With the help of the droplet microfluidic technique, millions of droplets can be prepared in one step, and cells can independently detect the antigen specificity in the droplets. Compared with detecting the cell interaction in a well plate, the throughput is significantly improved.
