Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of electronics. Provided are a power amplifier (PA) circuit, a radio frequency circuit and a communication device, which are used for reducing the temperature difference between different transistors in a power cell, thereby prolonging the service life of the entire PA circuit. The power amplifier comprises: a power cell, which has an input end, a bias end and an output end. The power cell comprises a plurality of transistors, which comprise a first transistor and a second transistor, wherein a base electrode/gate electrode of the first transistor is coupled to the input end by means of a first capacitor, and is coupled to the bias end by means of a first resistor; a base electrode/gate electrode of the second transistor is coupled to the input end by means of a second capacitor, and is coupled to the bias end by means of a second resistor; collector electrodes/drain electrodes of the first transistor and the second transistor are coupled to the output end; emitter electrodes/source electrodes of the first transistor and the second transistor are coupled to a grounding end; and resistance values of the first resistor and the second resistor are different.
