Abstract:
A method appropriate for the high throughput system wherein shotgun sequencing is performed over a wide region of a genome sequence or the like to thereby mostly determine the base sequence and then the gap region, the sequence of which cannot be determined, can be efficiently sequenced without preparing a large amount of DNA or without restricted by modification of DNA.
