Abstract:
A method for determining eye tissue information, and a system, an electronic device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: injecting prepared magnetic nanoparticles into an eye part, and adjusting the eye part to a light beam exit position of a data acquisition system, wherein the eye part comprises at least one of a cornea area, a sclera area, a crystalline lens, ciliary muscle, and a retina; applying a controllable voltage to an electromagnetic coil in an excitation system, such that the electromagnetic coil generates, on the basis of the controllable voltage, a controllable magnetic field for driving the magnetic nanoparticles to move in the eye part; emitting a laser beam on the basis of a laser in the data acquisition system such that the laser beam enters the eye part from the light beam exit position, and receiving a reflected light beam fed back from the eye part to obtain target eye tissue data; and analyzing and processing the target eye tissue data to obtain mechanical property parameters corresponding to the eye part.
