Provided are a method, a device, and an apparatus for special effect video generation, and a storage medium. Collecting one or a plurality of portrait images, and acquiring a special effect information sequence; inputting the one portrait image and the special effect information sequence into a first special effect generation model, or inputting the plurality of portrait images and the special effect information sequence into a first special effect generation model, obtaining a plurality of special effect images; splicing the plurality of special effect images according to a set sequence, obtaining a target special effect video.
