A method, a device, and an apparatus for tracking and monitoring software behavior. The method for tracking software behavior comprises, after receiving a user request, a front end of an application system generating an identifier of a scenario instance, and during processing of the scenario instance, transmitting to a backend service a request message comprising the identifier of the scenario instance. The method for monitoring software behavior comprises: after the backend service receives the request message transmitted by the front end, a monitoring system collecting information of a transaction triggered by the request message, the information of the transaction comprising the identifier of the scenario instance obtained from the request message, and obtaining, according to the identifier of the scenario instance, statistical information of the scenario instance and statistical information of the transaction in the scenario instance.
