Abstract:
Disclosed is a method and a device for automatic positioning of an indwelling needle in a punctured vein. The method comprises: collecting image data of a target blood vessel, the image data comprising a set horizontal axis value of the target blood vessel in an image coordinate system; traversing pixels of the image data in a set window according to the set horizontal axis value and a first set step length thereof in a vertical axis direction, to acquire an image feature of the target blood vessel in the image data; determining an approximate-detection center position of the target blood vessel according to the image feature of the target blood vessel; searching, by using as search points horizontal axis values determined according to a horizontal axis value of the approximate-detection center position, for vertical axis values of upper and lower blood vessel walls within vertical axis values of the approximate detection center position; and determining a range of a puncture point on the target blood vessel and a depth value of the target blood vessel according to the found vertical axis values of the upper and lower blood vessel walls. The method and the device can automatically position a puncture position of a puncture mechanism at a target blood vessel with high precision, reducing manpower training costs of hospitals and avoiding a needle-stick risk during manual puncture.
