Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a method, device, base station, and terminal used for enhancing non-random access handover. The method of the present disclosure comprises: during a non-random access handover process, determining whether a radio resource control (RRC) connection reconfiguration completion message sent by a terminal has been successfully obtained; if the RRC connection reconfiguration completion message sent by a terminal has been successfully obtained, then according to a transmission signal used for transmitting the RRC connection reconfiguration completion message, measuring a timing advance (TA) adjustment value; sending the measured TA adjustment value to the terminal.
