Abstract:
The embodiments of the present application disclose a method and a device for controlling a photoelectric detection array, a power switch circuit of a photoelectric channel unit, and a photoelectric detection array. The control method comprises: turning on a photoelectric channel unit group corresponding to a working region of the photoelectric detection array, and turning off a photoelectric channel unit group corresponding to a non-working region of the photoelectric detection array. The turn-off or turn-on of photoelectric channel units in the photoelectric detection array is selected, and turning off a photoelectric channel unit can prevent ambient light and an interference laser from forming a photoelectric current on the photoelectric channel unit, without impact on a lidar system. In addition, turning off some photoelectric channel units in the photoelectric detection array can reduce the photoelectric power consumption, and reduce heat generation.
