Abstract:

A method for crushing wastes including those not suitable for crushing capable of increasing the recovery percentage of valuables by separately discharging waste not suitable for crushing (M) without deformation and securely crushing waste to be crushed such as frame materials even if waste (W) is crushed undisturbed without removing the waste not suitable for crushing (M) such as motors and compressors, comprising the steps of a primary crushing wherein the upper surface part of waste (W) is hooked and crushed by a supporting projection (14) and a first crushing roller (10) without crushing the waste not suitable for crushing (M) contained in the waste (W), and the waste (W) is crushed and pulled in, a secondary crushing wherein the lower and upper surface parts of the waste (W) are crushed by the first crushing roller (10) and a second crushing roller (11) while the pulled-in waste (W) is pulled up, and a tertiary crushing wherein the waste to be crushed is crushed in fine pieces by the second crushing roller (11) and a third crushing roller (12) and exhausted separately from the waste not suitable for discharge.
