Abstract:
A method, device, and data storage medium for processing an image file. The method comprises: determining whether a target data repository includes an image file having a same image identifier as a designated image file to be copied (S102); and if so, abandoning a step of copying, from a source data repository to the target data repository, the designated image file (S104). The method, device, and data storage medium for processing an image file can resolve a problem in the prior art in which storage resources are wasted owing to repeatedly copying the same image files.
