Abstract:
The present application provides a method and device for data transmission. The method comprises: a first access point (AP) detects a channel; if the first AP detects an idle first channel, the first AP transmits a first trigger frame to at least one second AP, wherein the first trigger frame is used for triggering the at least one second AP to transmit data on the first channel after a first preset period of time. Therefore, the existing channel detection mechanism of CSMA is compatible, and the present invention can avoid a collision caused because multiple APs simultaneously compete for the channel, thereby facilitating improving network transmission efficiency and improving transmission performance.
