Abstract:
Disclosed in an embodiment of the present invention are a method and device for detecting the fallback result of circuit switched fallback (CSFB), and a computer storage medium, the method comprising: when initiating CSFB on the basis of instruction information instructing a terminal to perform a voice service by using a preset CSFB optimization solution, detecting whether a terminal accesses a first Global System for Mobile communications (GSM) cell within a preset time period, wherein the terminal accessing the first GSM cell is triggered without response when the terminal initiates a CSFB procedure so as to access a second GSM cell, and second GSM cell frequency point information is carried in a redirection command that is sent by an LTE base station; by using the detection result, determining whether fallback of CSFB is successful. The instruction information is carried in an attach accept message that is sent to the terminal by the LTE base station, and the attach accept message is sent by the LTE base station after the terminal sends an attach request message to the LTE base station; the CSFB process is triggered and executed when the terminal receives a paging message that is sent by the LTE base station.
