Abstract:
The present application discloses a method and a device for determining a base station hibernation scheme. The method comprises: determining at least one first unit forming a target group from a region, the first unit comprising at least one base station in a working state; determining a target unit according to a first target value and a second target value of the first unit, wherein the first target value represents a reverse service quality of each of the first units, and the second target value represents total power consumption of each of the first units; and determining a base station comprised in the target unit to be a base station of a base station hibernation scheme in a working state, and determining a base station other than the base station comprised in the target unit in the region to be a base station of the base station hibernation scheme in a hibernation state.
