Abstract:
Provided in an embodiment of the invention are a method for displaying a found network on a terminal device, and a terminal device. The method comprises: a terminal device obtaining a network search instruction, the network search instruction instructing the mobile device to start performing a network search operation; the terminal device searching, according to the network search instruction, for an available network within a network frequency band in a first network standard; and the terminal device displaying, to a user, the available network found within the network frequency band in the first network standard. The method and terminal device provided in the embodiment of the invention can improve user experience.
