Abstract:

The present invention relates to the technical field of mobile communications, and specifically relates to a method and a device for establishing links for use in solving the technical problem of long service data transmission paths resulting in long transmission delays: a first network device can acquire a first routing information pertaining to establishing a direct link between a first terminal and a second terminal, such that when the two terminals are in communication, a service data transmission path can be either: first terminal - first network access device - second network access device - second terminal, or: first terminal - first network access device - first core network device - second network access device - second terminal, both of which are shorter than the transmission paths of the prior art, thereby reducing transmission delays, improving transmission efficiency, and conserving transmission resources.
