Abstract:
This device for estimating a bedtime-related time of day for a user of an air conditioner may be configured so as to acquire an illumination information log covering a past first prescribed period for a room for which air conditioning by an air conditioner is to be controlled, estimate a bedtime-related time of day related to the bedtime of a user of the room on the basis of the illumination information log, and output the bedtime-related time of day and notification information related to operation of the air conditioner to an information terminal. This device may also be configured so as to output to the air conditioner a control instruction for operating the air conditioner on the basis of the bedtime-related time of day.
