Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and device for non-destructive prediction of functional components in plants. In the present invention, a predictive model that represents the correlation between the spectral images of a plant and the content of at least one functional component contained in the plant is constructed by using spectral images of plant samples and the content of functional components measured through destructive experiments, whereby the predictive model enables the non-destructive prediction of the content of each functional component in target plants from the spectral images of the target plants.
