Abstract:
A method for preparing modified meta-aramid fibers by means of continuous polymerization and dry-wet spinning, and a device thereof. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a DMAc mixed solution of m-phenylenediamine and a copolymerized diamine monomer by using a cosolvent; (2) mixing an isophthaloyl chloride melt with the mixed DMAc solution of m-phenylenediamine and the copolymerized diamine monomer, followed by pre-polycondensation and polycondensation to obtain a modified meta-aramid resin solution; and (3) adding an auxiliary agent into the modified meta-aramid resin solution, followed by filtering, defoaming, and dry-wet spinning to obtain modified meta-aramid fibers. A pre-polymerization system of the continuous polymerization and dry-wet spinning device comprises a micro-mixer and a micro-reactor which are connected in sequence, wherein a micro-channel of the micro-reactor is designed to be heart shaped; and the polycondensation system is a multi-stage microscrew combination; the problems in the preparation process for meta-aramid fibers are comprehensively solved, such that the resulting product is complete in terms of structure, has an excellent performance and is stable and controllable, and continuous and efficient production can be achieved.
