Abstract:
Provided is a method for preparing a transition metal lithium oxide, the method comprising the following steps: A) mixing a lithium salt and a precursor and then adding same to a reactor for pre-calcination, wherein the lithium salt has a particle size D50 of 10-20 μm and the precursor has a particle size D50 of 1-20 μm, the precursor is one or more of a transition metal hydroxyl lithium oxide, a transition metal hydrogen lithium oxide and a transition metal carbonate; B) adding a product obtained by the pre-calcination to a fluidized bed reactor, and subjecting same to primary calcination and secondary calcination, sequentially, so as to obtain a transition metal lithium oxide. Raw materials for preparing the transition metal lithium oxide also comprise an oxygen-containing main group metal compound, which is added in the pre-calcination stage, the primary calcination stage or the secondary calcination stage after the addition of the lithium salt and the precursor; and the oxygen-containing main group metal compound has a particle size of 10-100 nm. Also provided is a fluidized bed reactor.
