Abstract:
Provided is a multi-variety workpiece automatic recognition transfer hanging system (100) based on efficiency improvement, comprising an accumulation chain (12), a travelling crane device (13), two transfer hanging base stations (14) and a control device, wherein the accumulation chain (12) comprises a conveying track (16) and a carrying trolley (17), the conveying track (16) is provided with two connection sections (19), the conveying track (16) comprises a plurality of conveying branches (53), the two connection sections (19) are respectively positioned at the upstream and the downstream of the travelling crane device (13), the two transfer hanging base stations (14) are respectively positioned between the travelling crane device (13) and the two connection sections (19), each transfer hanging base station (14) comprises a flying frame (25) and a car pusher (27), the control device comprises a controller, a code carrier arranged on the carrying trolley (17), and a code reader (54) arranged on the connection section (19) at the upstream of the travelling crane device (13), the code reader (54) is used for recognizing workpiece information carried on the carrying trolley (17), the car pusher (27) and a traveling crane (22) are controlled by the controller of the control device to act respectively, then different technological operations are executed according to different workpieces, the functions of automatic recognition and transfer hanging transportation of various workpieces are achieved, and the production efficiency is improved.
