Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present invention are a method and device for preventing gift spam in a live broadcasting platform, the method comprising: S1, using a multi-authentication method to determine whether an audience account number receiving gifts is a hacker account number; and S2, if at least one determination result indicates that the audience account number is a hacker account number, removing from an anchor account number gifts transferred from the audience account number after captured gifts which are under the audience account number are transferred to the anchor account number. With the present invention, on one hand multi-authentication is performed on a hacker, so that it is difficult for the hacker to bypass the detection, thereby improving the accuracy of hacker detection; on the other hand, the hacker is not immediately processed when discovered, but rather gifts transferred by the hacker in an anchor account number are removed after the hacker transfers the spam gifts to the anchor account number, so that the hacker cannot know the origin of detection reason and will have difficulty in bypassing the detection of the server.
