Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of mobile communications, in particular to a method and device for a public network user accessing a private network, wherein the method provided by the present application may be applied to a first network element device in the core network of a private network, and specifically comprises: receiving an access request from a public network user terminal in the coverage area of a private network by means of a private network base station, the access request comprising identity information of the public network user terminal; after determining that the public network user terminal passes access authentication on the basis of pre-stored public network user information, sending an authentication request carrying the identity information to a second network element device in the core network of a public network, the authentication request being used for indicating to the second network element device to authenticate the public network user terminal; and after receiving an authentication success response from the second network element device after the authentication succeeds, sending the authentication success response to the public network user terminal by means of the private network base station. Thus, a public network user may access a private network and perform normal communication without replacing a subscriber identity module (SIM) card.
