Abstract:
A method and device (30) for spatially detecting a machining movement trail of a machine, numerical control machine tool (40) and computer storage medium, the method comprising: acquiring the data of a machining movement trail AB of a machine (S10) and a spatial data of a specified space region (S11), and conducting functional transformation on the data of the movement trail AB to convert the data into a univariate function P=f(u) of a trail parameter u (S12); determining a point set Ui of the movement trail AB at an inner side of each curved surface Si according to the spatial data of each curved surface Si forming the specified space region and the function P=f(u) (S13); and determining a position relationship between the movement trail AB and the specified space region according to the point set Ui (S14). The method does not require analyzing a spatial geometry relationship when determining a spatial geometry relationship between the trail and the specified space region, thus reducing complexity of an algorithm, and increasing flexibility and expansibility.
