Abstract:
The present embodiments relate to a method and device for supporting full-duplex communication in a wireless network. A method by which a terminal transmits and receives data in a wireless communication system comprises the steps of: receiving configuration information for a full-duplex communication mode; receiving resource allocation information for allocating radio resources for uplink transmission in a predetermined frequency band; and performing uplink transmission in the full-duplex communication mode on the basis of the configuration information for the full-duplex communication mode and the resource allocation information, wherein the resource allocation information is received from a first radio access technology base station, and the frequency band is a frequency band in which radio resources for downlink transmission are allocated in a second radio access technology base station.
