Abstract:
Disclosed are a method, device and system for transmitting BIER control information. The method comprises: a bit-forwarding ingress router (BFIR) constructs a BIER data packet, indication information being carried in a packet header, the indication information being used for indicating that the BIER data packet is carrying control information, the control information being carried in a packet body. The system comprises a bit-forwarding ingress router (BFIR) and a bit-forwarding egress router (BFER). The BFIR comprises a first constructing module and a second constructing module. The BFER comprises a receiving module and an unpacking module.
