Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and a device for efficiently transmitting a plurality of images. In addition, the present invention relates to a method and a device for receiving the efficiently transmitted plurality of images. Disclosed is a method for transmitting images, the method comprising: acquiring a plurality of input images; generating a packed image by combining the plurality of input images on the basis of a packing structure; and generating and transmitting a bitstream comprising packing structure information and the packed image.
