Abstract:
This method comprises: a step (S33, S34) for calculating a first optimum amount of a ferromagnet to be placed at each of a plurality of locations so that a plurality of error components of the magnetic field distribution of a particular space each satisfy a first constraint condition corresponding to that error component; a step (S35) for discretizing, for each of the plurality of locations, a first optimum amount corresponding to that location; a step (S36) for calculating a plurality of error components occurring when a first combination amount of ferromagnet is placed at each of the plurality of locations; and a step (S38) for setting, for each of the plurality of error components, a condition including a lower limit value greater than a first lower limit value and an upper limit value greater than a first upper limit value as a second constraint condition if the error component is smaller than the first lower limit value corresponding to that error component, and setting, for each of the plurality of error components, a condition including a lower limit value smaller than the first lower limit value and an upper limit value smaller than the first upper limit value as the second constraint condition if the error component is greater than the first upper limit value corresponding to that error component.
