Abstract:
The invention relates to a method and a device for wetting a porous medical material which is characterized in that the material is evacuated prior to wetting. The invention also relates to a method for producing a porous medical material from bone particles that are compressed to give a stable porous body. Said porous body is especially suited to be wetted according to the inventive method.
