Abstract:
The invention discloses a method for diagnosing immunity recurrent spontaneous abortion, which comprising detecting the level of antinuclear antibody of patients humor in vitro and comparing with the level of control women. In the method of the invention, especially using no2 chromosome separated from male or fragment comprising fibronectin encoding gene as antigen, to detect the level of antinuclear antibody of patients humor sample. The invention also discloses a kit used for diagnosing immunity recurrent spontaneous abortion, and kit used for monitoring therapeutics effect of immunity recurrent spontaneous abortion.
