Abstract:
A method for eliminating local stress distortion in a fiber coil, and a device therefor, relating to the field of fiber-optic gyroscope manufacturing. The method for eliminating local stress distortion of the fiber coil comprises: fixing an ultrasonic vibration device on the outer side of a coil winding mold, attaching a rear panel (2) of the ultrasonic vibration device to a coil winding flange (8) of the coil winding mold, and starting the ultrasonic vibration device (S1); winding a fiber coil in the coil winding mold after adhesive application, performing online real-time tracking and monitoring of local stress distortion in the fiber coil, and stopping the ultrasonic vibration device after local stress distortion in the wound fiber coil is fully released (S2); and curing and demolding the fiber coil wound in the coil winding mold to obtain the fiber coil (S3). The device for implementing the method for eliminating local stress distortion in the fiber coil has a simple structure, is easy to maintain, has high adaptability, and can effectively improve the temperature performance of a fiber coil product and the long-term stability of a scale factor. Moreover, compared with existing methods, during eliminating the local stress distortion of the fiber coil, this method takes shorter time, consumes less energy, and achieves a better effect.
