Abstract:
The embodiments of the present invention provide a method, equipment and network system for base station energy-saving and activation, and the method for base station energy-saving includes: if the carrier frequency, cell, base station or tracking area satisfies the condition of transferring to the energy-saving mode, the target energy-saving mode which the said carrier frequency, cell,base station or tracking area is transferred to is determined, and the carrier frequency, cell, base station or tracking area is transferred to the said target energy-saving mode. The embodiments of the present invention can transfer the carrier frequency, cell, base station or tracking area to the target energy-saving mode according to the working state of the carrier frequency, cell, base station or tracking area, therefore, energy-saving processing for the base station can be performed according to actual working condition to reduce the energy consumption of the base station and the operation cost of the operators and promote environmental protection.
