Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for exchanging a shaft of a rotor, the method being capable of exchanging only a shaft without giving any damage to an iron core of a rotor or changing a structure of a rotator. This method for exchanging a shaft of a rotor is for exchanging a shaft inserted into a hole provided in a center part of an iron core of a rotor. The method is characterized by fixing the iron core of the rotor, providing a through hole in the shaft, the through hole reaching a keyway at least disposed between the iron core of the rotor and the shaft, in the keyway a key being disposed, pulling the key out of the through hole, deforming the shaft so that the shaft is flattened along the center of the shaft, thereafter pulling the shaft out of the iron core of the rotor and taking out the iron core of the rotor, and attaching the taken iron core of the rotor to a new shaft.
