Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of Proanthocyanidin extraction, and in particular, to a method for extracting Proanthocyanidins from buckwheat hulls. The method specifically comprises: performing ultrasonic extraction under a heating condition by taking the buckwheat hulls as a raw material and taking an ethanol aqueous solution as an extraction solvent, and then performing centrifugation to obtain a Proanthocyanidin extracting solution. By extracting the Proanthocyanidins having an excellent antioxidant effect from the buckwheat hulls, the utilization value of the buckwheat hulls is improved, the buckwheat hulls become a product having a higher added value of production, and theoretical support is provided for deep processing and utilization of the buckwheat hulls. After testing verification, the extraction amount of the Proanthocyanidins from the buckwheat hulls is as high as 35.22 mg/g, the clearance of free radicals is as high as 94.64%, and the average degree of aggregation is as low as 2.5.
