Abstract:
A method of forming a coating film, in which even in the formation of a coating film
through spraying of a metal powder in the state of a solid phase onto a base material
with the use of a compressed gas of low pressure, the efficiency of adhesion of
the metal powder can be high. The method of forming a film comprises spraying
a metal powder (p) in the state of a solid phase together with a compressed gas onto
the surface (11a) of a base material (11) to thereby form a coating film (12) from
the metal powder (p) on the surface (11a) of the base material (11), wherein as
the metal powder (p), use is made of a powder containing at least a film forming
powder of 1.4 to 2.0 g/cm3 apparent density and 25 μm or less average
particle diameter.
