Abstract:
Provided is a method for using a monitoring system and a communication system to detect the launch of a flying object and transmit flying object information to a handling system in quasi-real-time. A plurality of satellite constellation service devices (430) are intermixed, the devices managing individual satellite constellations that each include at least eight communication satellites (200) in a single orbital plane (90). The individual satellite constellations collectively form a satellite constellation (610) that is an integrated satellite constellation with at least eight orbital planes. The communication satellites (200) in the same orbital plane form crosslinks with the communication satellites ahead and behind. The communication satellites in neighboring orbital planes form crosslinks with the communication satellites in the neighboring orbital planes to the left and right. The plurality of satellite constellation service devices (430) constitute a total of N orbital planes (90) and, in coordination, form a mesh communication network.
