Abstract:
This invention relates to a method of forming sill structure portions of a wooden frame work structure which first forms a foundation bed, disposes then pedestal joint members having a support leg serving also as an anchor bolt to positions corresponding to the centers of wooden pole implantation positions, sequentially fits and fixes both end grains of a sill between opposed sill end grain joint members of the pedestal joint members to adjust a level, and after a sill assembly or a floor construction structure is thus completed, forms a concrete foundation structural portion such as a continuous footing between the foundation bed and the sill bottom. The method uses pedestal joint members a predetermined upper end range of which is used as the pedestal joint member to be fitted to the pedestal while disposing therearound sill end grain joint members, the lower side of which is used as the support leg portion, and which is equipped with a built-in level adjustment mechanism.
