Abstract:
A method for generating a roundness prediction model of a steel pipe according to the present invention involves: generating, offline, a plurality of pieces of training data that includes an operation condition data set and a set of roundness data of a steel pipe after a corresponding pipe expansion step by executing, a plurality of times, numerical calculation that includes the operation condition data set as input data and the roundness of the steel pipe after the pipe expansion step as output data, while changing the operation condition data set; and generating offline, by means of machine-learning, the roundness prediction model, which takes the operation condition data set as input data and the roundness of the steel pipe after the pipe expansion step as output data by using the plurality of pieces of training data.
